At the Forum de l’Electronique, for the first time, IDEA (international Distribution of Electronics Association) organizes through SPDEI support, an International Conference dedicated to Electronic Distribution.
The Conference will be held on the Wednesday 26th September with this title:
‘Distribution Markets in Europe. Counterfeiting: risks, costs, losses’
The conference will be focused on the following subjects:
– – Electronic Distribution Total Available Markets in Europe – The latest industry statistics, trends and issues will be presented by leaders of distribution trade associations Afdec(uk), Assodel (Italy), Fbdi (Germany), Im (Scandinavie), Spdei (France)
– – Counterfeiting: An Introduction To The Problem… The electronic component industry is seeing a rapid increase in the availability of counterfeit electronic components, sub-assemblies and systems. We need to raise awareness of the problem and work collectively as the electronics industry to remove counterfeit components from the supply network.
